4 STANDARD MODULES
Our modular conveyors include 4 standard modules of different diameters: 2", 4", 6", 9" and 12" (all can be adjusted to intermediate diameters, if necessary).
You will thus find a TRH termination, MRH conveying, 1/2 MRH feed module, and an FRH flange to build a screw adapted to your needs.

Our modules are stacked on a hexagonal C35 steel or 304 stainless steel shaft. The modularity of the conveyor facilitates the assembly and maintenance of the conveyor. A key element of the conveyor, the hexagonal axis connects the motor and the heart of the conveyor, keeping its driving force centralized.

As our conveyors are lighter than a steel screw, we have the possibility of installing floating screws (without any fixation on the material exit side). The axis will be drilled and then threaded. Everything will be held and closed by a washer and a screw.

The axis will be drilled in its width and machined to the diameter of the bearing and the sleeve which ensures the compression of the modules.

On the motor side, the axis will be machined to the diameter of a sleeve. More than ten configurations are possible (adapted to your needs), here are 2:

Allows connection and extension of C35 steel or 304 stainless steel axis.
CONVEYORS CONFIGURATION
With these standard modules you are able to create the screw profile that matches your needs. If you want to optimize the operation of your installation, for example by adding an extraction zone you, can easily add half-steps modules even after you have built your conveyor.
